Once a semester, we invite international graduates to report on their practical experiences as alumni:

• the application phase with international educational biographies
• the onboarding phase in the international team
• everyday working life in Germany

Our practice partners report on how you can attract and retain employees with international educational biographies for your company.

We organize network meetings once a year: Here, international students, alumni, practice partners and contact persons at the university exchange ideas and strengthen awareness of discrimination-critical and culturally sensitive interaction in the workplace.
