Career entry of international graduates

Once a semester, we invite international graduates to report on their practical experiences as alumni:

  • the application phase with international educational biographies
  • the onboarding phase in the international team
  • everyday working life in Germany

Information on the next round of talks will be published in April.

Our practice partners report on how you can attract and retain employees with international educational biographies for your company.

We organize network meetings once a year: Here, international students, alumni, practice partners and contact persons at the university exchange ideas and strengthen awareness of discrimination-critical and culturally sensitive interaction in the workplace.

Practice partners from the professional field of SAGE (social work, health, education and training), international ASH alumni and international newcomers can contact Johanna.Backes@ASH-Berlin.eu with concerns about starting a career.
