What motivated you to apply for the EXIST-Women program?

When I learned about the project, I was very enthusiastic because I personally believe that we need more women in the world of entrepreneurship. I also found the support provided by the program to be perfectly suited to me.

How did the project or business idea come about?

I was dissatisfied with the quality of social-emotional development and parental involvement in several daycare centers. After completing my studies, I decided to implement my own ideas.

What do you hope to achieve with it?

My dream is to provide as many children and their families with the right tools to enhance their emotional intelligence and resilience, and thereby positively influence their daily lives, for example, through mindfulness.

What does self-care mean to you, and how do you integrate it into your daily life?

Self-care is one of the most important factors in my life because I am strongly convinced that you can help others best when you are doing well yourself. The methods I incorporate into my daily routine include mindfulness, yoga, and, most importantly, self-empathy.
