Abstract:
Kuźnia Kadr 6 is an innovative project implemented in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Economics. The project aims at providing solutions around the theme of lifelong learning. It focuses on two main areas, namely providing open training sessions (a great emphasis is placed on the diagnosis of training needs and evaluation) and recognition of prior learning. Both areas are of key importance to the development of universities in the 21st century.
