Abstract:
In order to develop a concept for the sustainable promotion of career paths and scientific qualifications of women* at Universities of Applied Sciences, previous experience in the field of doctoral promotion will be collected and evaluated. At the same time, results of a study on the working conditions of academic staff in teaching and research positions are to be scrutinised as to their implications. The project will organise a workshop and a network meeting. In January 2018, the workshop will examine current structures of promotion of doctoral programmes, and in 2019 the network meeting will deal with the working conditions of academic staff.
