Abstract:
The aim is the development and testing of a practical and theory-oriented training module for artists and cultural workers which qualifies to work with children from three to six years on the basis of the concept of "Aesthetic Research".
Research activities:
10.2014 – 03.2015 development phase and preperation for the pilot phase
04.2015 – 10.2015 pilot phase (implementation, evaluation, differentiation of the first draft of continuing education with artists and educators)
11.2015 – 04.2016 regular training phase I (development and implementation)
05.2016 – 07.2016 evaluation of regular training phase I
08.2016 – 01.2017 regular training phase II (development and implementation)
02.2017 – 10.2017 evaluation, documentation, stabilisation
Results:
The education module aesth paideia will be consolidated in regional and national further education institutions in the field of early childhood education. In addition to the development of a practical and theory-oriented training module, a touring poster exhibition will be created. A handbook is also planned, which documents individual phases of the research and will be available as a guide for artists.
