ATB helps to slow down and process influences without judgment. It offers a kind of „toolbox“ for everyday life to deal with the complexity of the self.
We take time for conscious perception and sensitive observation of psychosomatic processes. The WHAT we do is increasingly pushed into the background in order to trace the HOW.
The activities are a combination of movement games, relaxation techniques, balance units, various yoga approaches, somatic exercises and mindfulness practice. ATB includes both individual and group activities.
Connections between thoughts, emotions and the (physical) body can be playfully traced in the process and thus offer access to self-awareness, concentration, focus and balance.
The workshop will be led by Sandy Soltwisch and is open to all members of the university and alumni.
Free of charge and possible without prior knowledge.
