How can and should self-study and common areas be designed in the existing ASH Berlin building? The Competence Network for Quality Development in Studies and Teaching - KomNetz-QSL would like to discuss this question with ASH students in a hands-on workshop and develop ideas together.
Why is this important?
The design of rooms needs the perspectives and ideas of the users. That's why the needs and ideas of ASH students should be incorporated into the concept.
How does the "Mit-Mach-Werkstatt" work?
First, the current conceptual considerations for future self-study and recreation areas will be presented. This includes the student self-organized space currently being developed by Susa Boden in the new building. This will be followed by concrete work on further development at themed tables. This involves sketching, commenting, scoring or discarding previous ideas. At the end, all ideas will be collected and subsequently checked by the KomNetz-QSL team to see if they can be implemented.
Is registration required?
Registration is not necessary, but feedback if you are interested in participating is helpful for the preparation - preferably by e-mail to boehm@ ash-berlin.eu
