At the last FLINTA* full assembly in March, we discussed how we can make the university more power-critical, inclusive and gender-equal. Now it's time for implementation: Together with Bettina Völter we want to make plans and agree on concrete steps. What can we do for more diversity at the ASH? How can we counter discrimination (even) better? And what support do we, as FLINTA*, need from the university management?
All ASH members who define themselves as FLINTA* are cordially invited to the plenary meeting. ASH employees who define themselves as FLINTA* will be released for the plenary meeting.
If you have any questions, please contact the InPuT department: input@ ash-berlin.eu
* FLINTA* stands for the german words for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people as well as for those who do not fit into one of the sexual orientations or gender identities mentioned above and are meant (with). The abbreviation FLINTA* thus refers to those who are discriminated against in patriarchy.
