The feminist day of struggle on March 8 falls on a Saturday this year. So we won't be seeing each other at the university, but perhaps on the streets of Berlin and elsewhere instead - because there are currently plenty of reasons for feminist protests. However, we don't want to let the day simply pass by at ASH Berlin and are therefore inviting all FLINTA* university members to join us for breakfast - whether staff, lecturers or students, everyone is welcome! Over coffee, sandwiches and cake, we would like to get into conversation with each other, be it political or apolitical, be it with a view to the university or beyond, and strengthen each other's backs a little.
The FLINTA* breakfast will take place on Monday, March 10, 2025 between 10 a.m. and 12 noon in room 229. We will provide some food and coffee and are otherwise happy if everyone brings something. You are welcome to register at frauenbeauftragte@ ash-berlin.eu or just drop by spontaneously.
* FLINTA* stands for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people as well as for those who do not categorize themselves in one of the above-mentioned sexual orientations or gender identities and are (also) meant. The abbreviation FLINTA* therefore refers to people who are discriminated against in the patriarchy.
